iLoveKickboxing — Vendor & Merchandise Manager
August 2021 – April 2023

  • Managed vendor relations and merchandise for 90+ studio kickboxing locations across the US & Canada.

  • Maintained relations with 26+ vendors; sourced new partners to enhance merchandise options and streamline operations, giving franchisees access to essential studio equipment resources and further business opportunities.

  • Communicated with franchisees, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues, track product orders, and support the smooth flow of merchandise to studios.

  • Sent, tracked, and managed supplier contracts and promotional agreements; maintained consistent follow-up until completion.

  • Trained franchise owners and managers in pro shop display strategies, and promotion execution to boost merchandise revenue.

  • Analyzed both studio-to-consumer merchandise sales and vendor-to-franchisee sales trends. Data insights were used to guide inventory decisions, assess product success, vendor relationship success, and support merchandise planning.

  • Streamlined vendor-to-franchisee onboarding process by creating standard operational training guides and partnership details outlines.

  • Created merchandise print assets and social media graphics for in-studio pro shop promotions, as well as vendor-to-franchisee promotions.

  • Planned and managed franchise-wide, quarterly merchandise launches. 

 

Costco Warehouse — AM Clothing Department Merchant

November 2023 – Present

  • Applied the six rights of merchandising principle to optimize product placement. Methodically brought markdown, pended, and low-quantity items to the department's center, placing new, high-priced, and seasonal items on “high-traffic” aisle tables to enhance sellability. 

  • Developed a backstock labeling system for my department, improving efficiency and reducing time spent locating items.

  • Created themed product displays to enhance the member shopping experience and drive upselling.

 

Heaven Construction Services — Personal Assistant

  • Transported construction materials to job sites as needed.

  • Organized company documents, including invoices, employee time cards, and work orders.
